"They replied , just took a bit"
Customer service did get back to me , but it took a couple of days and I had to follow up once . The issue was sorted in the end , it was just slower than I expected

"Decent overall, but the packaging felt careless"
My order showed up a little later than I was expecting. The watch itself was in good shape, so that was a relief, but the box had a few dents and the packaging felt a bit rushed. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not the most impressive one either.

"I bought a watch from jbw.com..."
I bought a watch from jbw.com it looked really nice when I first got it. But like most stuff that looks fancy online, it didn’t really last. The strap started wearing out quickly and the finish scratched way too easily. For the price, I figured it would hold up better, but I guess these watches are all kind of the same once you actually wear them.

The watch looks good overall, and the design is nice-ish. It’s just a little too shiny for what I usually wear, so it feels kind of flashy on me.

"Exchange process has been frustrating"
The product itself seemed decent, but the return and warranty process has been a letdown. I’m still waiting on my exchange and haven’t gotten much clarity so far.

"The promos help a little, but..."
The promos help a little, but it still feels way too expensive for what you get. Whoever runs this needs to take a better look at the pricing, because it just doesn’t feel worth it
